Promotion Period
•This special promotion is valid from May, 17 2024 to June 30th, 2024. All services and products purchased under this promotion must be booked or used within this period unless otherwise specified.
Eligibility
•This offer is available to new and existing clients of The Radiance Lab and Wellness Center.
•Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in this promotion.
Limited Availability
•This promotion is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit the number of promotions sold to ensure quality service.
Services Included
•The promotion includes [list specific services, e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments.].
•Discounts and special pricing apply only to the services listed and cannot be transferred to other services or products.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
•Appointments must be booked within the promotion period.
•A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the promotional discount.
•No-shows will also forfeit the promotional discount.
•$50 deposit will be taken. $35 of this will go towards a good faith exam to clear you for the treatment. Good faith exams last 1 year and need to be redone by law every year. It will be an additional charge of $35 per year for medical clearance. All Medical Treatments need medical clearance or we can not by law treat you.
Payment Terms
•Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the promotional rate
•All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a medical contraindication as determined by our licensed medical professionals.
7.Consultation Requirement
•A complimentary consultation is required for certain services to ensure client eligibility and safety.
•The Radiance Lab and Wellness Center reserves the right to refuse treatment if the client is deemed unsuitable for the service after consultation.
8.Referral Program
•Earn additional discounts for your next appointment by referring friends and family to The Radiance Lab & Wellness Center.
•Referrals must be new clients and complete their first appointment to qualify for the referral bonus. Please ask the front desk for more information.
9.Social Media Incentive
•Share your experience at The Radiance Lab and Wellness Center on social media! Tag and Follow our account to receive an additional $35 Back in credit from your GFE Clearing. For the year. Not big on social? Leave Us a Yelp or Google review about your experience and we will honor the same deal.
•Ensure your social media profile is public so we can verify the post.
•Yelp reviews or Google reviews must be shown or sent to us to verify.
10.Changes and Modifications
•The Radiance Lab & Wellness Center reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
•In the event of a change, previously purchased promotions will be honored as per the original terms at the time of purchase.
11.Legal Compliance
•This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
•Clients must comply with all pre- and post-treatment guidelines provided by our medical professionals.
